A perfect introduction to the practice of yoga! This is a great place to start if you are brand new to yoga, think you have a stiffer body or just prefer moving at a more gentle and relaxed pace. We will still incorporate Vinyasa Krama and link each movement with the breath.
This 60 min yoga practice is heavily rooted in Vinyasa Krama. If you have never heard of Vinyasa Krama then you really must come on down and give it a try! We move at a moderate pace, pay particular attention to our breath and in general have a grand old time! Suitable for all levels.
